Nepal Ramayana Circuit Road Trip
The Nepal Ramayana Circuit road trip starts from Raxaul and includes several pilgrimage sites alongside other tourist spots, such as Kathmandu and Nagarkot.
The main hub for the Nepal Ramayana Circuit is Janakpur (the capital of the ancient Mithila Kingdom). It is known for key religious sites, including the magnificent Janaki Mandir, the Ram Sita Vivah Mandap, Ram Mandir, Dhanush Sagar, Ganga Sagar, Jaleshwar Mahadev Temple, and Dhanushadhum.
Although Kathmandu is not directly on the core Ramayana path, it is included in the itinerary for its important religious and historical sites: Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Temple (Monkey Temple), Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Budhanilkantha.
